Message: Several days ago, I have submitted an instance of a Media Streams Planning Problem (MSPP) in the MIPLIB. Unfortunately, I did not find out that the file is not properly formatted sooner than today (a little unexpected Gurobi behavior). Therefore, I submit a properly formatted instance of the MSPP again.

MSPP is a network optimization problem regarding planning of multimedia streams requiring bandwidth close to capacity of current backbone links.  We are currently extensively studying the MSPP and integer programming is one of the approaches we are exploring. I would be glad to answer any questions regarding the problem and/or the instance.
